Use:

For children from 0 to 2 years: From the breakthrough of the first baby tooth, brush the tooth (s) once daily with a small amount of toothpaste under the supervision of an adult to minimize toothpaste swallowing.
For children from 2 to 6 years old: Brush the teeth twice daily for 3 minutes under the supervision of an adult to minimize toothpaste swallowing.
