Its composition is characterized by high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, similar to the hyaluronic acid naturally present in the oral mucosa. Under normal conditions, high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is particularly concentrated in the outermost layers of healthy gum tissue, where it contributes to the barrier function. 

In periodontal disease and other tissue lesions (inflammatory conditions, gingival pockets, and sores), the tissue requirement of hyaluronic acid increases considerably (by up to 200% above the baseline values), demonstrating its role in keeping gums healthy. Its formulation, 96% of which consists of ingredients of natural origin, contains - Hyaluronic acid, which restores and protects gum tissue in the case of gingivitis, periodontal disease, irritation, and occasional bleeding. The hyaluronic acid contained in the toothpaste reduces discomfort by forming a long-lasting protective film on the gums, due to a patented mucoadhesive complex. - Lactoferrin, which protects the oral mucosa against the bacteria responsible for the development of tooth decay.
